ABOUT TERESA GROSS

Teresa Gross began her life’s work as a Bereavement Intern while earning a Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX. After graduating in 2015, Teresa transitioned into a dual outreach and counseling position where she leveraged her marketing expertise and honed her helping skills as a counselor intern. Now a full-time, licensed, and credentialed counselor in her tenth year of practice, Teresa is deeply committed to supporting others with achieving their own aspirations and courageously pursing their paths to awakening, healing, and growth.

Teresa got her start in marketing positions at Fortune 500 companies, then after 20 years, finally made the bold decision to leave high-tech for the healing arts in response to her soul’s clarion call for “something more”. For the first several years during this career pivot, she worked as a massage therapist and yoga teacher before settling into her most cherished role as a psychotherapist.

In her free time, Teresa enjoys yoga, meditation, practicing Reiki, and studying The Enneagram, Mindfulness, and Spirituality. She also values spending time with family or friends and is deeply devoted to being a student of life.
